Refund Policy
At YESHUALL, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something is wrong with your order or you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us at contact@yeshuall.com with your order number.
Physical Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has another significant issue, please contact us and provide your order number and, when relevant, photos showing the problem.
After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
In most cases, you will not be required to physically return the product. If we approve a refund or replacement without a return, you may keep the item.
Please do not send any product back to YESHUALL unless we specifically ask you to do so.
Refund and replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may request additional information when necessary to verify the issue and prevent fraudulent or abusive claims.
Digital Products
Because of the nature of digital products, digital purchases are generally considered final once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or made accessible to you.
We generally do not provide refunds for digital products when a customer changes their mind after receiving access to the content.
However, please contact us if:
- you did not receive or cannot access the digital product you purchased;
- the file is defective or unusable;
- you received the wrong digital product;
- you were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase.
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide renewed access, a replacement file, or a refund.
Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Once a refund has been processed by YESHUALL, the time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
